Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are welcome to test our shoes, and if they do not meet your expectations, you may return them.
However, items showing clear signs of use cannot be exchanged, and the money-back guarantee will no longer apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Items purchased with discounts through emails or directly discounted in the online store are not eligible for refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
